Abstract
The Sunday Times has published its annual Rich List and it features industry names such as Richard Caring, Paddy McNally as well as Andrew Nisbet and family, among others.

Sexy Fish restaurant owner Richard Caring ranks at 164 on the list and is worth an estimated £700 million. 

Formula One hospitality business owner Paddy McNally is reportedly worth an estimated £570 million and ranked at 207th. McNally sold The Paddock Club, which caters for VIPs at events, for $350 million.

Andrew Nisbet and family, the owners behind catering equipment suppliers Nisbets pushed up profits in 2015 to £31.5 million, valuing the family’s stake at £413 million putting them at 261st on the rich list.
