Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Show returns

Local and national manufacturers and suppliers representing every product category within the hospitality industry, including food and beverage, technology and equipment, will showcase their latest technologies, products and services to the industry's buyers, including hoteliers, restaurant and café owners and operators. Highlights of the show include Wessex Salon Culinaire, Masterclass Theatre, 'How to Sessions' and The Show Dinner.
