The £800,000 contract will see Bennett Hay enhance the guest experience for the bank’s clients by delivering hospitality, fine dining, reception, concierge and general office services to the bank’s office.
Both teams took part in Bennett Hay’s Transformation Training Academy. As well as learning how they could work together to support the wider facilities management function, they received training in social intelligence and service skills to make a true difference to the guest experience, which in turn boosts the bank’s brand impression.
