Average workers spend £624 on lunch a year, says survey

Londoners spend the most on their lunch, averaging £15.75 per week, with those in the East Midlands the least likely to splash the cash on sandwiches, spending on average only £9.40 per week. Other figures found that over half of the 3,000 British workers surveyed now think it would be acceptable to use a 2 for 1 restaurant voucher on a client lunch.
