Running from 2pm to 3pm BST, the networking organisation’s event will include contributions from Catherine Roe, chief executive of Elior UK; Naim Maadad, founder and chief executive of Gates Hospitality in Dubai; and Barry Westrum, chief marketing officer of Taco John's in Los Angeles with the US perspective.
Arena director Lorraine Wood said: “With each region and country being on different steps on their recovery journey, the leaders will share how each business has had to adapt their business strategies as the global lockdown eases.
“Our three panelists will discuss how the hospitality and foodservice sector in each region and country has managed its operations, as well as its relationships with customers, clients and suppliers.”
The discussion will be hosted by Robert Willock, director of the Economist Corporate Network Dubai and formerly group editor of The Publican’s Morning Advertiser and M&C Report.
Adds Wood: “The discussion will provide you with ideas and shared knowledge to take back to your own businesses, providing opportunities to innovate and collaborate with your colleagues, customers and suppliers.
“There will also be the opportunity to join the conversation and ask questions to the panelists in this live event.”
