The Italian-cuisine specialist will be discussing the best ways of incorpating plant-based dishes into mainstream catering and running an Italian masterclass demonstrating how Italian cuisine lends itself well to vegan cooking.

Among those also appearing at the show and its ‘Plant-Based Chefs Corner’ will be chef and author Christine Bailey, vegan caterer Shambhu’s founder, Nishma Shah, Tofurky chairman and founder, Seth Tibbott, and vegan cheese maker, Mel Rogers, from Mel's Kindness Kitchen.
The corner will include a vegan milk and latte workshop, vegan meat session, vegan cheese making and blind tasting workshop and a vegan pastries, cakes and desserts session.
