Abstract
Guests are being urged to buy their tickets for this year's AA Hospitality Awards before the 31 May closing date.
Those who buy a ticket before the May date will receive a saving of £30 off the individual ticket price, or £200 off the cost of a table of 10. Prices are £135 per guest or £1,200 for a table of ten for early bird bookings before 31 May, or £165 per person or £1,400 per table of ten for bookings made from 1 June. (All prices exclude VAT). The black-tie event, held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Monday 28 September, follows the success of the 2008 Centenary Awards, attended by various high profile names within the hospitality industry, and in 2009 continues to honour and acknowledge exemplary hotels, restaurants and individuals. Coveted awards include the AA Chefs' Chef of the Year Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award. Guests attending this year's event will be treated to a three course gourmet meal prepared by Eric Chavot, Chris Galvin and Gary Rhodes - in conjunction with the Hilton Park Lane kitchen team. A front of house celebrity presenter and a programme of entertainment and music will also be available. Winners will be announced for a range of awards in categories including AA Hotel of the Year, AA Hotel Group of the Year, AA Small Hotel Group of the Year and AA Restaurant of the Year. The awards will recognise and reward the excellent services provided by the UK's very best establishments and also act as the high-profile launch of the 2010 AA guides to UK hotels, restaurants and pubs. Winners are selected in recognition of their overall excellence and their specific achievements throughout the previous year.
