2018 Footprint Awards winners announced

The 2018 Footprint Awards winners were revealed at a ceremony at The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) headquarters in
Marylebone, London this month (May 25).

The University of Brighton won the Sustainability in Education Award, while contract caterer BaxterStorey picked up the Special Achievement Award.

Since its inception in 2011, the Footprint Awards have promoted sustainability and responsible business practice in the foodservice sector.
