We serve up a wide range of tasty hospitality & catering courses with a variety of qualifications and training to help you succeed in your chosen pathway, from operative to management. You will achieve your qualification by developing and practicing skills, knowledge and understanding within the fully-functioning state-of-the-art kitchen and restaurant on site.
Our new Hospitality and Catering facilities opened in September 2013 and are now the only training kitchens of their type available in this part of Hertfordshire, capable of delivering courses up to the VRQ Level 3 in Advanced Professional Cookery as well as BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality.
