Serves 1 – 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes Ingredients 200g Spanish raspberries 200g Spanish strawberries, hulled 240ml Good quality plain yoghurt 2 tbsp Sugar, or to taste Ice cubes, to serve

Preparation method
