Ingredients
Portions: 10 850g CreaVite Fraiche 80g blackberries 250g castor sugar a few drops vanilla essence
Preparation method
Mix together the biscuits and butter and divide between 10 individual moulds. Press down to form an even base. Heat the CréaVite Fraîche to 85°C. Whisk in the sugar and essence to taste. Pour over bases and allow to cool but not set for 5 minutes. Drop whole berries into mix so that they are evenly distributed. Chill to set. De-mould and decorate. Supplied by: CréaVite
