Ingredients
300mls Rubicon Watermelon 20mls Elderflower Cordial Juice of a quarter lemon
Preparation method
Squeeze the lemon into the bottom of a tall glass. Add the elderflower cordial followed by the Rubicon Watermelon. Fill to ¾ with ice and stir until cold. Refill more fresh ice and serve with a piece of lemon. Recipe from Rubicon
