Tuna and Green Bean Melt Wrap

Ingredients

Makes 10 wraps Ingredients 350g (12oz) canned tuna in springwater, well drained and lightly fl aked 300g (10½oz) MAGGI Multi-Use Tomato Sauce with Mixed Peppers 10 large fl our tortilla wraps 300g (10½oz) grated low fat mature Cheddar cheese 400g (14oz) green beans 200g (7oz) spring onions, fi nely sliced 40g (1½oz) low fat cream cheese

Preparation method

Method In a small bowl, mix together the tuna and tomato sauce. Lay out a wrap and place approx. 65g of the tuna mix along the nearest edge, followed by 30g Cheddar cheese, 40g green beans and 20g spring onions. Spread a very small amount of cream cheese along the furthest edge. Fold in both sides and roll the wrap over to encase all fi lling. To serve melted, tightly roll each wrap in foil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes. Cut in two and serve. Tips: To serve cold, blanch the beans for 2 minutes before using in the wrap or fill with cucumber and iceberg lettuce to replace the green beans. By using wholemeal wraps (or wholemeal pitta pockets if you can’t get them) increases the amount of fibre in this dish. This recipe if from Nestle Professional Maggi menu solutions
