Ingredients

Ingredients: 500gr full fat milk (gold top if possible) 200gr white caster sugar 3 fresh farm eggs (medium to large) 4gr fresh truffle (white or black)

Preparation method

Method Mix all the ingredients together using a liquidiser until smooth. Grate the truffle very finely into the liquidised ingredients. Put the lot into an ice-cream machine and enjoy. Recipe courtesy of Grand Hotel Continental in Siena.
