Ingredients
Ingredients (serves 10): · 20 British pork and apple sausages · 10 ciabatta rolls · Shredded lettuce · 300–400g (10-14oz) blue Stilton, sliced · Apple chutney, to serve
Preparation method
Method: 1 Grill the pork & apple sausages until cooked through. Meanwhile, split and toast the ciabatta. 2 When ready to serve, cut each sausage in half lengthways, then fill each ciabatta with a layer of shredded lettuce, the halved sausages and sliced Blue Stilton. 3 Serve immediately with apple chutney.
