Ingredients
1 Litre Rubicon Watermelon 250mls VSOP Cognac 700mls Pinot Noir Red Wine 330mls Rubicon Sparkling Mango The juice of one lemon 5 cinnamon sticks 10 cloves
Preparation method
Add all ingredients to a large punch bowl or similar vessel. Add ice until its three-quarters full. Stir until cold then allow to stand for an hour or two to allow the cinnamon and cloves to infuse before serving. Christmas cocktail recipes from Rubicon
