Sweetcorn and Tuna Potato Pizza

Ingredients

Makes approx. 10 x 410g (14oz) portions Ingredients 650g (1lb 7oz) canned tuna in springwater, well drained and lightly fl aked 800g (1lb 12oz) MAGGI Multi-Use Tomato Sauce with Peppers 55g (2oz) sliced spring onions 250g (9oz) canned sweetcorn, drained 500g (1lb 2oz) mature half fat Cheddar cheese, grated freshly ground black pepper 10 x 180g (6½oz) baked jacket potatoes

Preparation method

Method Mix together the tuna, tomato sauce, spring onion, sweetcorn and a third of the cheese. Season with black pepper. Cut the 10 baked potatoes in half lengthways leaving the two halves still slightly attached along one edge. Place cut side up on a baking tray. Pile the tuna mixture over the potatoes. Top with the remaining cheese and place under a preheated hot grill or bake in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes until melted and golden brown. This recipe if from Nestle Professional Maggi menu solutions
