Ingredients
Serves: 10 Ingredients 10 red/green peppers 1kg (2lb 4oz) minced pork 1 onion, chopped 1 red pepper, sliced 15g (1/2oz) toasted ground cumin 25g (1tbsp) Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce 900g (2lb) Sharwood’s Rogan Josh Sauce 225g (8oz) cooked green lentils
Preparation method
Method 1. Combine the pork, pepper, onion, cumin and Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce in a food processor. 2. Cut the tops from the peppers and reserve. 3. Remove the veins and seeds. 4. Using a piping bag, pipe the mixture into each pepper and replace pepper top. 5. Place onto a greased baking tray and bake at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas mark 4 for 20 minutes. 6. Heat together the Sharwood’s Rogan Josh Sauce and cooked lentils. Presentation: serve on a bed of rice with the sauce poured over.
