Makes: 2 ‘Toasts’ You will need: 2 medium eggs 4 slices fruit bread or 2 fruit buns Pinch cinnamon 4 strawberries, washed and sliced* 1 banana, sliced* Knob of butter Anchor Real Dairy Cream
How to make: In a shallow bowl break the eggs and add the cinnamon Lightly whisk together with a fork Place fruit bread slices or the halved* fruit buns on a board and place onto them the sliced strawberries and banana Add the top slice and place in the egg mixture, leave for a second or two to let the bread soak up some of the egg Turn the sandwich over and coat again with the egg In a frying pan carefully* heat the Anchor butter, add the sandwiches / toast and lightly fry until golden brown on both sides Cut sandwich* in half and place on a plate, decorate with a large swirl of Anchor Real Dairy Cream and strawberries and a small pinch of cinnamon Recipe from www.anchorsquirtymoments.co.uk
