Ingredients ·250g of Strawberry and Barolo Egg Tagliatelle ·250g of Strawberries and Blueberries ·12 Large Prawns ·Sprig of Rosemary ·200g Butter ·Salt and Black Pepper to Garnish
Preparation method
1.Prior to cooking, dice up strawberries and blueberries and set aside. 2.Heat butter and rosemary in a frying pan. 3.Add the shelled prawns and leave to cook for approximately 1 minute. 4.In another pan bring water to boil (approx 4 litres), add salt and cook the taglaitelle for 2/3 minutes, stir gently from time to time. 5.Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan, adding also the diced strawberries and blueberries, and mix over a high heat. 6.Serve very hot with fresh black pepper.
