Ingredients (Serves 4) 400g Spanish strawberries 400g Spanish raspberries Half a bottle of Rosé wine (preferably Spanish) 4 Cassis Icing sugar for dusting Small round shortbread biscuits, to serve
Preparation method
Method Using a knife, half all the strawberries that are larger than a mouthful and divide both the strawberries and raspberries equally between four glasses Poor the wine and cassis over the fruit, filling the glass and leave to soak for up to an hour Dust each glass with icing sugar and serve with small shortbread biscuits Recipe from Foods from Spain
