Stir Fry Sweet Chilli Pork With Baby Sweetcorn And Red Pepper

Ingredients

Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 13 minutes Ingredients 200g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced 1 x 150g sachet Uncle Ben’s Sweet & Spicy Chilli Stir Fry sauce 1 x 250g pouch of Uncle Ben’s Basmati Wok Rice 4 spring onions, finely chopped ½ red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin slices 150g baby sweetcorn 1tbsp oil

Preparation method

Cooking 1. Heat the oil in a wok or a large non stick frying pan, add the pork and stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes or until browned 2. Add the spring onions, red pepper and baby sweetcorn and stir fry for 1-2 mins 3. Add the Uncle Ben’s Sweet & Spicy Chilli sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
