Ingredients
1 Green pepper 1 jalapeno pepper 1 litre chicken stock 60g Chihuahua cheese (or strong cheddar, grated)
Preparation method
Half and de-seed the green pepper and the jalapeno pepper. Dice the green pepper and thinly slice the jalapeno. Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add the diced green pepper. Simmer for around 10 mins, add the jalapeno and bring to a fast boil. In each soup bowl, place 10g grated cheese, pour on the hot soup and stir. Serve immediately. Country of origin: Mexico
