Ingredients
Give your wraps a bit of a kick with more than a hint of horseradish (it goes brilliantly with smoked salmon). Makes two wraps 1 packet smoked wild Alaska Salmon 3 tbsp low fat soft cheese 2 tsp horseradish sauce 1 handful watercress 2 radishes, sliced ¼ cucumber, sliced
Preparation method
• Simply mix the low fat soft cheese with a couple of teaspoons of horseradish sauce • Spread this over a wrap, then top with smoked wild Alaska salmon, watercress, sliced radish and cucumber • Roll up tightly, slice in half, and eat Recipe from the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.
