Ingredients
Portions: 10 canapés 2tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper 6 basil leaves plus some to garnish 100g smoked salmon plus some to garnish 200g CreaVite Fraiche French toast
Preparation method
Blend smoked salmon in food processor Heat CréaVite Fraîche to 85°C Blend basil leaves into salmon then add the CréaVite Fraîche, season to taste Place in a tray to 25mm deep, chill to set Prepare 12mm squares of French toast Using 12mm plain cutter, cut smoked salmon rounds and place on toast Garnish with strips of smoked salmon and basil leaves Recipe supplied by: CréaVite
