Ingredients
No. of portions 10 Ingredients 550g Potatoes, New 30g Garlic, crushed 20g Rosemary 100ml Oil, Olive 30g Knorr Gravy Granules for Meat.
Preparation method
Advance Preparation Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/375ºF/Gas 4. Method 1. Boil the potatoes with half the garlic and rosemary until just tender. Drain and dry well. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium to high heat add potatoes and cook until lightly golden. 3. Sprinkle the potatoes with the Knorr Gravy Granules and remaining garlic and rosemary, mix well. 4.
