Salmon fillets, seared and glazed with Fruit Kung Po Sauce

Ingredients

Serves: 10 Ingredients 10 x 175g fresh salmon fillets or steaks 4 mangoes 50g toasted coconut flakes 600g Sharwood’s Fruit Kung Po Sauce 450g mange tout

Preparation method

Method 1. Sear or grill the salmon and keep hot. 2. Peel and slice the mangoes. 3. Heat Sharwood’s Fruity Kung Po Sauce in a saucepan. 4. Add the mangoes and mange tout. 5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Serve the sauce over the top of the salmon steak. 7. Sprinkle with toasted flaked coconut and accompany with Sharwood's Puppodums.
