Ingredients
25mls Fresh Lime Juice 1 Spoon of honey 3 mint sprigs 100mls Rubicon Sparkling Pomegranate 100mls Rubicon Sparkling Passionfruit (optional 50ml Vodka)
Preparation method
Add two of the mint sprigs to the bottom of a tall glass. Add the lime and honey and press the mint into the other two ingredients with the back of a spoon. Fill the glass completely with cubed ice and add the Rubicon Pomegranate and Passionfruit. Stir well and place the final piece of mint on top for garnish.
