Makes 10 portions Ingredients 450g/1lb Quorn pieces 3 mixed peppers - cut into julienne (strips) 450g/1lb onions - sliced thinly 170g/6oz sweetcorn 350g/12oz dried spaghetti Marinade 200g/7oz clear honey 130g/4½oz dark soy sauce 14g/½oz vegetable bouillon – made up to ¼pt with water 14g/½oz garlic powder 5g/½ tsp chilli powder 2 x 15ml/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method 1. Make up the marinade by mixing all the marinade ingredients together and add the Quorn pieces. 2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water. 3. When the spaghetti is nearly ready use a large pan and add the marinated Quorn mixture. Heat and stir until hot. 4. Add the vegetables and stir fry. Turn the heat down and cook evenly for 4 - 5 minutes. 5. Drain the pasta and put into a serving dish. 6. Pour the Quorn stir fry mixture into the dish and mix together before serving.
