Serves 5-10
Ingredients
- 500g Uncle Ben’s Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce
- 5 Good size chicken breasts
- 2 red onions sliced
- 2 red peppers sliced
- Bunch flat leaf parsley chopped
- 10 Taco shells warmed
Preparation method
- Poach the chicken in water or stock until soft, drain.
- Shred chicken in to strips.
- In a hot frying pan stir fry onion, peppers and chicken then add the Uncle Ben’s sauce and warm through. Mix in some parsley
- Serve in tacos with sprinkle parsley on top

ADD SOME CHOPPED AVOCADO ON TOP OR SOUR CREAM
