Ingredients
Serves 3-4 Preparation time 5 minutes Cooking time 5-6 minutes Ingredients: 1 Tube Sundried tomato paste 4 Wholemeal pitta breads 175g Ripe brie, cut into long, thin slices Large handful South African grapes, halved 1 Hass avocado, peeled and roughly diced Handful parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Preparation method
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. 2. Spread the sundried tomato paste evenly over the four pitas and top with 3-4 slices of brie. 3. Place on a warmed baking sheet and bake on the top shelf of the oven for approximately 5-6 minutes, until the brie is melted and bubbling. 4. Remove from the oven and top with the grapes, avocado and parsley. 5. Cut into fingers and serve immediately. Recipe courtesy of South African fruits
