Ingredients
- 1 Spanish Persimon, thinly sliced
- 50g Blueberries
- 50g pomegranate seeds
- Small bunch of fresh mint, roughly chopped
- Honey to serve
- Yoghurt to serve (optional)
Main ingredients
Preparation method
1. Layer the slices of persimon, pomegranate and
blueberries in a small bowl
2. Drizzle with honey and finish with a sprinkle of fresh
mint
3. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt (optional)
