For drinks around a summer barbecue, the smooth and refreshing taste of the Pepito Collins is the ideal cool-down drink for any burnt sausages. Ingredients 2 shots Sauza Blanco Tequila 1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice ½ shot sugar (gomme) syrup Top up with soda water

Preparation method

Add Sauza Blanco Tequila, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar (gomme) syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, and seal the shaker tightly. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Carefully open the shaker and, with a strainer, pour over fresh cubed ice in a tall glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with an orange slice in the glass. Recipe courtesy of Sauza Tequila
