Parma Ham Croissant With Brie, Watercress and Mango

Fancy an indulgent snack or a wonderfully tasty light meal? Then you couldn’t choose better than this fabulous filled croissant Serves 4 Ingredients 4 croissants 175g (6oz) Brie, thinly sliced Watercress sprigs 1 mango, peeled, pitted and sliced 12 slices Parma Ham Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

Cooking Instructions • Preheat the oven to 180°C / fan oven 160°C / Gas Mark 4 • Warm the croissants in the oven for 4-5 minutes, then split them in half • Fill the croissants with the sliced Brie, watercress sprigs, mango slices and Parma Ham. Season with a little black pepper, if you like, then eat and enjoy Cook’s tip: You don’t have to warm the croissants if you’re short of time – just make sure that they are very fresh.
