Ingredients
Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 7 minutes Ingredients 1 x 250g pouch Uncle Ben’s Oriental Soy Sauce & 5 Spice Wok Rice 150g sugar snap peas or mange tout 150g baby sweetcorn 1 small red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips 1 courgette, thinly sliced 200g button mushrooms, finely sliced 40g unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation method
Cooking 1. Heat the oil in a large non stick frying pan or wok. Add all of the vegetables and cook over a high heat for 2-3 minutes, until just soft 2. Add the stir fry vegetables and continue to cook for 1-2mins 3. Stir in the Uncle Ben’s Oriental Soy Sauce & 5 Spice Wok Rice and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
