Ingredients
250g sugar 450ml water 250ml lemon juice 2 tbsp English Provender Orange Blossom Water
Preparation method
1. Put the sugar and 250ml water into a heavy based pan, heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. 2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes to form a syrup. 3. Stir in the lemon juice, orange blossom water and the remaining 200ml cold water. 4. Freeze the mixture. After 45 minutes stir briskly to break up the ice crystals. 5. Replace in the freezer until firm. 6. Remove the sorbet from the freezer half an hour before serving.
