Ingredients

4 sirloin steaks (200~250g each) For the marinade: 1 tbsp pureed root ginger 120ml soy sauce 60ml clear honey 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp sesame seeds 6 spring onions

Preparation method

Crush the garlic, chop the spring onions and combine all the marinade ingredients. Marinade the steaks for at least 3 hours, turning at least once. Griddle the steaks, brushing with the marinade whilst cooking. Country of origin: Korean Republic
