Ingredients
Serves 10 4 tbsp oil 8 skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin medallions 2½ tbsp (20g) Schwartz for Chef Cajun Seasoning Salad 10 x 8” floured bap rolls
Preparation method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. 2. Coat the chicken in Cajun Seasoning and fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked throughout. 3. Serve the hot chicken in the rolls with a little salad.
