Ingredients 250ml Hib! Cordial 1 egg white

Preparation method

Method Whisk the egg white until almost stiff and stir in Hib! Cordial. Churn in ice cream maker (if available) until the desired consistency is achieved. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a suitable container, cover and freeze for about 1 hour. Remove from freezer and stir well. Return the sorbet to the freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm and set, stirring as required. Recipe from Hibiscus Drinks Company
