Ingredients
Serves 6 to 8 24 sponge fingers 250g mascarpone 50g sugar 250g Griottines 100g Griottines juice 285ml strong coffee Zest and juice of one orange 100g dark chocolate (grated)
Preparation method
Method: Whisk mascarpone and Griottines juice, add zest and juice of orange. Pour some of the cream onto the sponge fingers soaked with coffee, spread over Griottines and cover with remaining cream.
