Ingredients
Serves 6: 100g flour 5g baking powder 10g honey 65g caster sugar 1g salt 80g clarified butter 75g Griottines
Preparation method
Method: Sieve flour and baking powder. Add sugar and salt. Incorporate egg and mix in food processor. Incorporate melted butter at 50°C. Add Griottines. Pour into mould. Bake at 145°C for 40 min.
