RECIPE ALLERGENS:
UNCLE BEN’S SWEET & SOUR SAUCE – CELERY
YOGHURT – MILK
Ingredients
- 250g Uncle Ben’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 600ml Greek or plain yoghurt
- 5 Cooked chicken breasts
- 5 Spring onions, chopped
- 2-3 Little gem lettuce
- 1 Fresh mango, diced or tinned drained pineapple
- Half a cucumber, de-seeded and diced
- Handful of fresh mint, chopped
Preparation method
1. Dice or shred the cooked chicken
2. In a bowl mix together the yoghurt, Uncle Ben’s Sweet & Sour Sauce and mint
3. Into your yoghurt mix fold in the chicken, fruit, cucumber and spring onion
4. To serve, pile on top of scattered lettuce leaves and sprinkle mint over the top
