Ingredients

Makes 10 portions (2 wraps per person) Ingredients 2 x 500g packs HERTA Frankfurters (50g Frankfurters) 1tbsp sunfl ower oil 600g (1lb 5oz) sliced onion 600g (1lb 5oz) sliced red pepper 600g (1lb 5oz) sliced yellow pepper 1tbsp hot chilli powder 1.5Ltr (2¾pt) MAGGI Multi-Use Tomato Sauce with Mixed Peppers juice of a lime To serve 20 fl our tortilla wraps 200g (7oz) grated Cheddar cheese 300ml (10fl oz) soured cream 300g (10½oz) shredded iceberg lettuce 300ml (10fl oz) guacamole lime wedges

Preparation method

Method Cut each frankfurter into 4 on the diagonal. Heat the oil in a large frying pan until very hot. Quickly add the onion, peppers and frankfurters. Stir fry on a very high heat tossing until charred and sizzling. Stir in the chilli powder and tomato sauce and lime juice and heat through. Wrap the fl our tortillas in foil and warm in a hot oven for a few minutes. Serve the frankfurters with warm wraps, cheese, soured cream, iceberg lettuce, guacamole and a wedge of lime. Tips: A great sharing recipe for people to stuff into wraps at the table. Cheddar cheese and soured cream provide calcium, protein and vitamins, use high fat versions sparingly or go for lower fat options to reduce saturated fat content.
