Discovery Tomato wraps with Smoked Paprika salmon

Ingredients

2 Discovery Tomato wraps 1 teaspoon BBQ & Grill Mesquite 50g mayonnaise A handful of rocket 300g salmon fillet, skin and bones removed ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika ½ head fennel, shaved on the mandolin 1 teaspoon olive oil or melted butter

Preparation method

Mix the mayonnaise and BBQ & Grill Mesquite together and brush over the wrap, leaving 1cm at the edges Scatter the rocket on Slice the salmon into 6 even pieces, mix with the Smoked Paprika and lay this in the middle Lay the fennel on top then roll the wrap up Brush with oil and cook on a contact grill Gourmet Wraps created by Peter Gordon to showcase the spice range more. by Santa Maria
