Ingredients
- 400g Uncle Ben’s long grain rice
- 1 red onion finely diced
- 400g tin kidney beans
- tsp cumin
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- tblsp chopped parsley
Preparation method
- Stir fry onion cumin until golden in colour in a little oil.
- Add all ingredients to rice pan and follow the rice cooking method with water.
TIP - TO GO DIRTIER ADD CRISPY BACON BITS OR CRISPY CHICKEN
