Ingredients
1 chicken jointed 2 tsp ground coriander 2 onions, finely chopped Ground black pepper 2 red chilli peppers Salt Olive oil 250ml yoghurt
Preparation method
Sauté the chicken until beginning to brown, add the onion and fry until transparent. Stir in the spices, salt and pepper and fry for 1 min. Add the split, de-seeded chillis, just cover with water and simmer gently. stirring occasionally. When the chicken is cooked and tender, add the yoghurt, adjust the seasoning and continue to cook for 5 mins. Serve with boiled rice. Country of origin: Saudi Arabia
