Ingredients
Makes 10 Ingredients 30ml/2 tbsp curry paste 250g/9oz natural yoghurt 450g/1lb Quorn pieces 300g/11oz iceburg lettuce, shredded 400g/14oz tomatoes, diced 200g/7oz cucumber, diced 10 wraps
Preparation method
Method 1. In a large pan combine curry paste, natural yoghurt and Quorn pieces. Heat, stirring, for 8-10 minutes. 2. Divide Quorn mixture between the wraps and top each with lettuce and diced salad. Fold and roll wraps
