Ingredients

Portions: 10 Base 250g whole-wheat bran biscuits 50g chopped walnuts 100g butter Topping 4 tsp chopped chives spinach leaves, chopped walnuts and tomato coulis to garnish salt and pepper 2tsp mustard 800g CreaVite Fraiche

Preparation method

Crush the biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs, mix in the chopped nuts. Melt the butter, add the crumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture between 10 individual moulds. Press the mixture into the moulds and chill. Heat the CréaVite Fraîche to 85°C. Stir in the mustard and chives, season to taste. Pour onto the bases, chill to set. Garnish with spinach, walnuts and coulis. Supplied by: CréaVite
