Try this cheeseburger with a twist! Serves 4 Ingredients: 450g (1lb) minced beef 4 tsp Schwartz for Chef Classic Barbecue Seasoning Worcestershire Sauce 1 medium egg, beaten 50g (2oz) Cheddar cheese, cut into 4 cubes Grilled tomatoes to serve 4 sesame buns Salad leaves to serve Bick’s Classic Hamburger Relish
Method: 1. Mix the minced beef, Schwartz for Chef Classic Barbecue seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and egg together in a large bowl 2. Divide the beef mixture into 4. Place a cube of cheese into the centre of each and mould the meat into a burger shape 3. Grill or barbecue with some halved tomatoes for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally 4.
