Serves 10
RECIPE ALLERGENS:
BREAD BUNS – WHEAT
MAYONNAISE – EGGS
COLESLAW – MILK
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Uncle Ben’s Chilli Con Carne sauce
- 1 kg Lean beef mince
- 2 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 3 Sprigs rosemary, just the leaves
- 3 Sprigs thyme, just the leaves
- 10 Bread buns
- Mayonnaise to serve
Preparation method
1. In a large bowl mix the beef with the onions, paprika, herbs and Uncle Ben’s chilli sauce
2. Divide into 10 balls, then press into patties
3. Cook on a barbeque, oven or frying pan
4. To serve, mix some mayonnaise with a little chilli sauce before spreading on one half of bun
5. Add the burger, top with lettuce, coleslaw (optional) and finally the other half of bun
